Can you match each tagline to its movie?

Can you pick the movie from just a few words?

One of the many tools movie studios use to sell movies is the tagline.

These are the catchy, one- or two-sentence phrases that are used to get you excited without giving too much away. So, think of them like a little invitation, hopefully drawing you into the theaters for a new cinematic adventure.

There are a ton of famous movie taglines, and we're going to quiz you on a few. Good luck, and be sure to share your score in the comments section below!

  1. “Be afraid. Be very afraid.”
  2. “His whole life was a million-to-one shot.”
  3. “The happiest sound in all the world.”
  4. “The true story of a real fake”
  5. “One man’s struggle to take it easy.”
  6. “If you only see one movie this year … you need to get out more often.”
  7. “See our family. And feel better about yours.”
  8. “His story will touch you, even though he can’t.”
  9. “You don’t assign him to murder cases. You just turn him loose.”
  10. “She gets kidnapped. He gets killed. But it all ends up okay.”

I fear I missed #1, had no joy and happiness on #3, and just didn't have the feeling for #7.

To tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kinda lost track myself. But being this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world and would blow your head clean off, you've gotta ask yourself one question: "Do I feel lucky?" Well, do ya, punk?

5/10. Missed the last five. I got the first five right, though.

IMO, the original “The Fly” (1958), was ten times better than the remake (1986).

Agreed. True with most original vs. remake
"A modern re-imagining!" Code words for "Stinks like an un-scooped litter box!"
